Our goal for Oodles is to provide our diners with the best service and overall experience possible. This takes great people. We as a corporation can provide the basic framework to manage many of the control factors needed for a great experience. However, we are ultimately dependent upon our people to deliver the final product. While they may not realize it, our guests are looking for something to bring them back, and our goal is to do exactly that. A caring and well-trained staff can provide an atmosphere that is friendly, courteous, clean, helpful, and fun. These are the features that will bring our guests back time and time again. Therefore, Oodles is committed to finding and nurturing people who are motivated to deliver this type of experience to our customers and are genuinely interested in growing with us.

Helping one another deliver great service is the only way a restaurant can thrive in this highly competitive environment. It is vital that the front staff, kitchen staff, and management not only work well together, but also communicate well with each other. This translates into a smooth operation and a great experience for our diners. Working together in this manner will insure our diner return visits. Without return visits, we cannot succeed.

In order to provide our diners with the best service possible we must provide our employees with the tools to be successful in a fast-casual restaurant. All of our employees go through training and are given either Counter Server or Cook/Line Prep training manuals to supplement their hands-on learning.
