Oodles have set its price points to insure that customers from virtually all income levels can enjoy a casual sit-down meal.

Oodles’ target market is a truly formidable one. The bulk of our customers will be between the ages of 18 to 40 and range from student to business professional. These are people who are “on the go” and want a stylish change of pace from their usual fast-food fare. Our customers are also young families who are value-minded, yet, still want the opportunity to dine out.

The target market is defined by the time of day. In addition to dinnertime, lunchtime will be a busy period at Oodles. However, our prompt service will attract professionals and other office workers who are on a tight lunch schedule. As well, we anticipate serving many late evening diners who will want to sit down and relax after a long day, and enjoy the Oodles environment.

Fast-casual diners have a certain level of sophistication. Therefore, we focus a great deal of attention on design. To appeal to this mainstream population, we have placed as much emphasis on design, as on menu and price points.
