Oodles Noodle & Dumpling Bar’s initial goal is to penetrate Columbus, Ohio’s fast-casual dining market by providing a much needed alternative to restaurants such as Chipotle and Boston Market. With 2000 to 3000 square foot stores located in the city’s population centers, we will offer Columbus a fresh and exciting new restaurant concept. Our first store is the prototype for future locations with emphasis being not only on the menu, but also on branding, customer service, and standardization. Strength in these areas will enable Oodles to be successful both in Columbus and in our expansion beyond.
